Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information Zvengo needs for its limited beta and how that information is used.
Information processed
Zvengo processes account and authentication information; profile details you provide; activity, invitation, social and user-generated content; location information needed for discovery and meeting coordination; support and safety communications; and technical, reliability and security diagnostics needed to operate the service.
Location privacy
Before confirmed participation, other users receive only the stable approximate activity area. Exact meeting coordinates or address are available only to the organizer and confirmed participants while the activity is active. Nonparticipants are not given exact distance or an equivalent way to infer the exact meeting point.
Why information is used
Information is used to operate authentication, profiles, activities and social features; coordinate nearby activities; provide support and safety handling; prevent abuse; and maintain service reliability and security.
Sharing and service providers
Other users receive only the information needed for the relevant product interaction, subject to the location rules above. High-level service-provider categories such as infrastructure, data storage, communications, diagnostics and security may process only the information needed for their function.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as needed for the service, safety and security, the deletion lifecycle, and applicable operational or legal obligations. This version does not invent a fixed retention period. Use the in-app deletion control when it is enabled for your account and runtime. The Account Deletion information in Settings explains the current boundary.

You can update available profile controls, use available block controls, and contact support@zvengo.com with privacy or deletion questions. The public route for no-app account-deletion information is defined as https://zvengo.com/account-deletion. Developer: ZVENGO LLC; corporate contact: developer@zvengo.com. Route and mailbox reachability in a deployed environment, and account-deletion runtime availability, require separate operational evidence.
